AHS says this is just fine?

According to American Home Shield (AHS) and their contractor, this is a perfectly good stovetop. Even if it vibrates so badly that boiling food cascades onto your floor, children, or pets.

at least you have your cook top. for over 1 month american home shield has mentally and physically exhausted me over mty cook top problem. last tuesday abdees appliance’s (their tech) left a gaping hole and parts of the range are scattered all over the kitchen floor. american home shild simply does not care about any complaints.

On the stovetop, no. We gave up and had someone else come in to fix it. I like trying to save money, but it’s not worth having some clown accidentally start a fire in my kitchen. Good luck!

Thanks for sharing. We’re in the midst of trying to get Home Warranty of America to live up to their contract. It’s been interesting so far! Wish us luck (ha). Ever get any satisfaction from AHS?
