According to American Home Shield (AHS) and their contractor, this is a perfectly good stovetop. Even if it vibrates so badly that boiling food cascades onto your floor, children, or pets.

Elizabeth Gamboa has a home warranty through First American Home Buyers. She never had to use it until her air conditioning stopped working correctly. A technician tinkered with the system, but the problem persisted.
