American Warranty

I'm looking at becoming a service provider with a home warranty company. My insurance agent says the company I'm looking at is a big pain in the butt when it comes to insurance documents. They won't accept just a proof of insurance but they want a whole copy of the entire agreement.

Do they provide a lot of work to a company with only one guy and one truck?

Is the money worth the hassle?

Anything else you can advise me on?

They are a pain in the ass! But they do provide alot of work if they are a good company! I would say it is worth it, you should only have to provide the information once a year so i would go for it!
