I want to buy a home warranty for my house to cover items that will break in time. Can anyone suggest a company and give their experience.

I don't know of any company specifically but you should consider what all will be covered. Items you should consider are: do they cover things outside but connected to the home, such as central heat and air units, plumbing lines, even the roof eves. Also, will they cover appliances, especially if they are outside like some washers and dryers.

my experience with home warranty is they get out as cheap as possible say you have a condenser that has bad compressor you have to have three things wrong with it for them to get a new one and forget it when it comes to maintaining your ac system ive seen a lot of people very unhappy with them just my experiance good luck

Home Warranty? Snake Oil!
We deal with people who have home warranties, and most of the time the warranty company refuses to deal with us since we won't work for what they want to pay. They want the CHEAPEST labor, parts and equipment they can find. And the cheapest is cheapest for a reason!
