They are a pain to get people out there, try to repair stuff that should obviously be replaced, and the technicians they use are erratic at best. I've had so many bad experiences with them I never use them now - won't even have them on a contract I buy. Put a clause in the lease that tenants are responsible for the first $25 of a repair and that will do wonders.<br><b>References : </b><br> I recommend not using one.
